Ingredients
300gm organic kailan-(spinach)1 egg bean curd - cut into 4 or 6
1 tbsp chopped garlic
200gm prawns shelled
1/2 cup stock
1/2 tsp cornflour plus 3 tbsp water
1 tbsp oyster sauce

How to make Organic kailan in oyster sauce with prawns
1. Coat egg bean curd with 1 tbsp cornflour and fry in 5 tbsp oil till golden, Drain.
2. Saute the garlic and add prawns. Then add kailan and add stock, Cook quickly with high heat, season with oyster sauce and cornflour mixture. Serve immediately.
NOTE:
you can subtitute prawns with beef or other meat.
