IngredientsFor the batter:
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 chinese turnip-400gm-shredded
1 medium carrot-shredded
1 red onion-chopped
3 pips garlic-chopped
2 tbsp dried prawns floss
salt and pepper

How to make Popia-Spring Rolls with turnips
1. For the batter:- Mix well to form a thinly consistency pancake batter.
2. For the filling:- Saute the chopped ingredients and dried prawns in 4 tbsp oil . Add shredded vegetables. Stir to mix well and season to taste. It must be dried, Dont add any water.
3. Heat a pan and light grease for the first time , better to use a non stick pan. Pour a ladle of batter and swirl the pan to get a thin crepe. Cook one side only. Take out to a plate and add filling, Fold to seal package. Serve with chilly sauce.
