Ingredients
150gm flour1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup sweet corn kernel
1 cup creamy fine corn
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
50gm butter-melted

How to make sweet corn muffins
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
2. In a blender add sweet corn and creamy corn , blender just 3 times for few second. Then add egg, vanilla and melted butter. Mix well.
3. Add the wet mixture into the flour mixture. Do not over mix. Spoon into paper cup and bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 35 to 40 mins.
NOTE:
This muffin is a bit moist , so dont be surprised!
