Ingredients1 recipe yew cha kuih- ( chinese doughnuts)
1 cup yellow beans
1/2 cups sugar
3 -4 cups water
3 pandanus leaves-tied into a knot
1/2 cup sago pearls
1 tsp tapioca flour

How to make Yellow bean dessert-lak tao swa
1.Bring the beans to boil until soft by adding the pandanus leaves and water.
2.Add sugar and sago pearls. Stir well . Let boil for another 5 mins.
3. Dissolve tapioca flour in 4 tbsp water and pour into mixture beans. Stir to get a thicken soup.
4. serve with chinese doughnuts-(cut into short pieces).Serve immediately.
