Ingredients
If u have left over fried chicken, dont waste it. Then i was thinking of making something from the chicken, and i come up with porridge for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 quart of water
- 1 cup rice
- left over chicken, shredded
- 2 spring onion ( fine chopped)
- 3 tbsp of granulate chicken stock
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- white pepper
- chopped mushroom

How to make Chicken Porridge
how to cook:
- In a deep boiling pan, cook rice and water, let it simmer till boil
- Add chicken, chicken stock, salt, mushroom, pepper
- cook again slow heat for 1 to 1.5 hours till it thicken. Maybe you need to add some more water if you feel it;s too thick.
- Add sesame oil and spring onion
- ready to eat while it's warm
