  • 1/4 lbs ground pork
  • 1 pc persian cucumber ( thin slices)
  • oyster sauce
  • water
  • corn starch
  • sugar
  • oil
  • garlic

How to make Pork mushroom with cucumber


  • heat pan, add oil, garlic ,pork and stir till pork cooked
  • add mushroom, water, sugar,osyter sauce, stir till simmer
  • add persian cucumber, stir a while then pour in corn starch
  • ready to be serve
