Ingredients
2 hot dogs2 hot dog buns
chili sauce
Monterrey Jack cheese
jalapenos
minced yellow & red onions
Okay, so I didn't actually cook this hot dog but I's sure it's pretty easy to make! This dog is actually from Onion Creek here in Houston. It's a great place for lunch and a friendly neighborhood place to hang out with friends.
I guess I'll finish this off by attempting to tell you how to make it.

- Boil the hot dogs
- Place in buns
- Top with chili, cheese, onions, and jalapenos
- Place in oven on 250 degrees until the cheese melts
- Serve & Enjoy!
