Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- half-cup Chopped Coriander leaf
- 1 rounded tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped finely
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes

How to make Rocking Fajita Paste
This is a completely awesome Fajita mix to marinade your meat in.
You can leave the Chilli Flakes out if you prefer a milder version, or use a fresh de-seeded chilli instead.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl
- Mix well
- Add diced meat and marinade for at least 30 minutes
- Cook in a frying pan on a medium heat
- Serve with usual Fajita trimmings
