Ingredients
A few bunches of Chye Sim1 T vegetable oil
Sauce
2 T oyster sauce
1 t sesame oil

How to make Chye sim with oyster sauce
1. Wash chye sim and cut of the hard base away. Cut into smaller pieces (I cut into 3 portions)
2. Boil water in a pot. When water boils, put chye sim in. Stir for a minute as it boils. Bring them out with a pair of tongs when you see that the vegetable is a bright, healthy green.
3. Drizzle the sauce over. If you find the sauce too thick, use some of the remaining boiling water to dilute it.
4. Garnish with fried onions and/or sesame seeds. Tasty!
