Ingredients
100g ground beef50ml salsa
50ml water
0.5 t cumin
1 t sugar
1/3 can of kidney beans
mashed potatoes
shredded cheddar

How to make Stove-top shepherd's pie
1. Cook ground beef over medium-high heat, until brown and crumbly. I used a pot.
2. Stir in all the other ingredients except the mashed potatoes and cheese.
3. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow mixture to simmer and thicken.
4. Turn off the heat, scoop the mashed potatoes onto the meat. Add the cheese and cover for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
