the awesome salad is well named. Its simple & delicious. I first added shredded bbq chicken - which was great to have stand alone salad. then I had it as a side dish without chicken and it still tasted great! also cooking corn in oven like recipes say - is the best way to eat corn! yummo. thanks for the recipe.
