rachelhey grace, I don't actually remember what brand of tea I used, bought it in a little cardboard tub from a tiny Japanese tea & lacquerware shop in SG that's since closed down. I've seen it in Japanese supermarkets/Japanese sections of big supermarkets in quite a few cities though. It's not quite the same as the stuff you get in teabags as matcha's a powdered tea, and is pretty strong, but how did that work out anyway? I've made Earl grey tea biscuits by adding in some loose tea leaves to the biscuit dough so I don't see why that wouldn't work too!
