Ingredients

  • 1 cup of nut butter (I used peanut)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (I used pecans)
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate pieces
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • tsp of baking soda

How to make Flourless Nutty Choco Cookie thing...


My dad was visiting and left half a container of peanut butter in the fridge. I'm allergic to peanuts. Friends say they are bueno!

  1. mix all the ingredients.
  2. scoop balls of mixture an inch apart onto a baking sheet.
  3. cook for 15 minutes on 350 deg. F
  4. freeze the suckers.
  5. give them to someone who can eat them.
