Ingredients
- 500 gr mascarpone
- 5 eggs
- 5 spoons of sugar
- coffee
- cookies "savoiardi"
- chocolate
- mix the red part of egg with sugar
- add mascarpone
- beat the egg whites until stiff
- add part one with part three obtening a cream
- put cookies (savoiardo in coffee)
- put in a holder cookies wet with coffee, then cream and chocolate grated
