My name is Rick. I am not a Chef, but I love to cook. I cook for fun...for friends and family....for the heck of it...it is fun and relaxing and I get to use my imagination. I barely use recipes but always use my creativity.; If I see a recipe, I will look at it, use the basics of it and make it an original.
My goal is for everyone to use their imagination when in the kitchen. It can be anything from Kraft Macaroni to making it into a gourmet meal, chicken nuggets to cheese and bbq sauce stuffed nuggets.....anything you want.
I want YOU to know that you do not need to be a Chef in the Kitchen. Anyone can do it, so let’s make it happen:)
