WinkyboyThanks for the recipe. I made this, substituting some malt syrup for sugar (it doesn't really taste like malt) and it turned out really good. I probably could have used more sweetener than I added (just a dollop), but I liked it the way it turned out, which wasn't too sweet.

ChentxuLooks amazing =) Just wanted to add something that may be helpful, when you but the butter on the pan and you are scared that it may burn you can add just a little bit of oil, that way it still has the butter taste and won't burn. I think I'll try this soon, thanks!
