Chocolate Cake with Hot Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- sugar, 2 cups
- self raising flour, 1-3/4 cup
- hershey's coca, 3/4 cup
- baking soda, 1/2 tsp
- 2 eggs
- milk, 1 cup
- butter
- vanilla extract, 2 tsp
- boiling water, 1 cup
- add all the dry ingredients together and mix with the eggs, milk, etc
- beat at medium speed until the mixture is smooth
- put into preheated oven at 160 degrees for abt 45 minutes
- add icing sugar and serve chilled
