Ingredients
- rucola (or other hearty salad leaves)
- sweet fresh honeydew melon
- sliced parmesan
- prosciutto
- black pepper(grind fresh)
- fleur de sel(sea-salt)
- sprinkle of good black truffle oil
- bag of ice, cheese slicer, knife, scissors, 2 plates and silverware (optional)

How to make Hotel seduction salad
A pair of gay men on a yacht in the Virgin Islands taught me this, and it's a good way to impress the pants off a very lovely certain someone as you prepare it fresh--in, say, a hotel room bathroom.
If you're actually IN a hotel room, fill the bathroom sink with ice and put the melon, prosciutto, and salad in it so they stay cool.
When you're ready to make the salad, slice the melon into cubes, the parmesan into slices, and cut the prosciutto into bite-sized strips.
Place salad on plates, mix in melon and prosciutto. Arrange parmesan on top. Grind pepper, sprinkle salt and truffle oil over everything. Serve with winsome grin.
