Ingredients
- Tomatoes (4, small)
- Cilantro (handful)
- White Onion (1/4)
- Jalapeño Pepper (2)
- Lemon (1)
- Lime (1)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic (optional)
- Dice the tomatoes into small squares and place in bowl
- Dice 1/4 White onion and the Jalapeños (de-seeded) into super-small bits and mix in with the tomatoes
- Squeeze 3/4 of the lime and lemon juice into the mix
- Remove cilantro leaves until you have about a fistful. Cut them up on the cutting board until they are in small pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste (not too much!)
- Add garlic, if you're in the mood
