Ingredients
- 1 kg peeled and cooked cassava
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- Salt and black pepper pepper to taste

How to make Cassava cooked and seasoned with olive oil, garlic
Saute garlic in oil until golden brown but not (I prefer the golden garlic!).
Mix the other ingredients and spread the sauce on top of cassava.
Let stand for several minutes and serve.
