Fancy-pants Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- Crusty bread of choice. I like sourdough.
- Prosciutto
- Stracchino, or other good melting cheese, like Aussie Jack.
- Rocket
One of my colleagues has toasted ham and cheese sandwiches pretty much every day. He uses the toaster in the kitchenette down the hall, so the glorious smell wafts over the whole place T_T
So one day I decided to get my own!
Also good if you have a sandwich press.
- Toast bread.
- Lay over some prosciutto and some stracchino.
- Put under hot grill till stracchino gets all melty.
- Top with rocket. I like mine dressed first (like this, but without the parmesean).
- Top with other slice of bread, eat while piping hot.
