Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients
1/2 lb extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped white onion
2/3 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
Finely minced garlicPepper
Salt
Oregano
Basil
(Serves 4)

Preparation (at least 20 min):
Marinate ground beef with garlic, pepper, salt, and lightly crushed oregano and basil.
Cooking:
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Heat a nonstick skillet and grease with cooking spray. Cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is browned. Drain.
Spread beef in pan; sprinkle with cheese.
In small bowl, lightly beat together remaining ingredients. Pour into pan.
Bake about 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
