Teriyaki Chicken Burger

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Drumstick or Breast, deboned
Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon wine
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
Others:
- 1 Bun, cut into 2
- 2 Lettuce leaf
- 1 slice Onion, Saute to slightly brown
- A squeeze of Mayonnaise
- Mix the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinate for at least ½ hour.
- Dust chicken with corn flour and sauté in pan till lightly burnt. Pour away excess oil.
- Pour the remaining marinade for the chicken in the pan.
- Cook till the sauce thickens.
- Place chicken on lettuce and top it with onions and mayonnise, in-between bun.
Note: You can eat the Teriyaki Chicken with a bowl of rice instead as a burger!
