Ingredients
- 1 frozen biscuit product, thawed
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup dried parsley
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese

How to make Ricotta Bowl
- In a saucepan, cook bacon until crispy, add onion and garlic into the pan, stir frequently. Set aside and let it cool a bit. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked filling (step-1), ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper together, mix well.
- In a muffin pan, put each biscuit dough onto a hole, press to cover the bottom and a bit of the side. Then divide filling into each dough, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the top, then bake for 20 minutes.
