    Well, this is my way to prepare it, I add them because my husband likes more spices. Some times he wants even a tsp of hot paste, called "'nduja" that is VERY-VERY HOT!

    in the original receipt, called "aglio olio e peperoncino" you just fry a little bit garlic and red chili. and then stir pasta. Ok parsley! No oregano or black pepper ;)

    My favourite breakfast has to be the banana pancakes I ate whilst on holiday this summer...there was so much banana in the dough...and then there was a homemade sweet syrup that went over them...divine... I have a question, do you work at a restaurant? I also live in italy, but in the north.
